All great partnerships make each other shine and there is no match quite so brilliant as the enticing dance between wine and food. This hands-on class will begin with an introduction to the basics of assessing wine, followed by fun in the kitchen cooking a menu that will unite the flavors of the season and our favorite wines. Class will finish with a wine-paired family-style meal that will tickle your palate and your spirits!
