THE groundUP DINNER SERIES

The groundUP Dining Series is a collaboration between wine educator Matthew Gaughan and chef Andreya Nightingale, who share a deep passion for exploring the profound, historical relationship between cuisine and wine. Using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, the groundUP Dining Series pairs both simple and elegant dishes with fine wines from around the world in a convivial experience which is both educational and intimate. Hosted amidst the charm and beauty of Château Sonoma’s nineteenth-century barn, the groundUP Dining Series dances intricately between food and wine to inspire a world of possibilities for your home dining. 

The first dinner of the series features seven wines from around the world, each carefully paired with a dish prepared by Chef Andreya.
